The online classes during the pandemic have been amazing! I take the Flow Class with instructor Ian and it is so relaxing and rewarding. The flexibility with online offerings during the pandemic has been a game changer for high risk individuals. The staff are so friendly and positive, I am looking forward to in person classes!

I've been doing yoga for a few years and decided to check out Sunrise Studios in Branchville. The team did a great job with the space and the class I had with Julie was so relaxing. It was a great way to start a Saturday. Cassia the owner is amazing! Super friendly and built a great studio in the heart of Branchville. It's a great place for all levels!
