Herrontown Woods

As of end of March 2021: trail was very muddy, expect pets and kids to be covered in mud half body down. The area was flat and easy, nice for strolling. Saw some people working hard to put wood planes on muddy parts, when came back I went to their website and made a donation! Scenes were sad as dead leaves were still around, but there were signs of spring. Will come back and update the review!

Nice local park. Has a decent amount of trails to walk. Some areas are rocky but most of the area gets very wet and muddy, especially in spring. The trails and trailhead signage are not good/non existent so hopefully you are good with naturally navigating/finding your way around and remembering the trails.

Small but nice. Some local history and buildings on site
