Breathing Dragon Hot Yoga

Amazing experience even though i could only do 45 mins of work ...Eric was very supportive though. I def haven’t done a workout like that since my playing days but it felt good. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get that feeling back in a workout. I can’t wait to go back and get another sweat going .

I've been practicing Bikram-style yoga for over 4 years now. I came to Mori's studio just over a year ago. Her teaching style and dedication to her students is unparalleled and both studios are a testament to her calling as a gifted yogi.nnThe heat took some getting used to (even though I was no stranger to Bikram) but I'm so glad I decided to stick it out. There is no other studio or style of yoga that I've tried that is more therapeutic than Breathing Dragon (Mori's classes in particular).nnAs someone who suffers from chronic pain due to an autoimmune disorder, hot yoga at Breathing Dragon is the ONLY thing that helps me function.nnBeyond the yoga and heat, I find Mori and her staff to be delightful and caring. They are incredible people and I'm honored to be a part of the Breathing Dragon community.nnThanks, Mori and all, for all the love and life you offer to us!

I have always felt welcomed at this studio, from the beginning. It has a real family feel to it and I always feel supported by the owner, her husband, the teachers and the students. There are a lot of different classes being offered with nicely heated rooms. I love Mori (owner) she's the best!!!

Missing the studio and the BDY community now more than ever!!! I cannot wait to get back into the hot room with all of you! My body, mind and soul are missing the beautiful energy of the studio. Stay safe everyone
