Fitness Knocking takes special care to ensure that safety comes first and designed a program that was tailored to my abilities, while keeping it challenging. I had my first training session with Anna yesterday and she was great trainer. She prioritized safety and gave me a fun and challenging work out. I look forward to more sessions with Anna.

Yoga on Tuesday and more high intensity workouts on Wednesday balance out my week. I plan to continue with virtual, as I tend to follow-through more on commitment to weekly exercise, and I go willingly to my computer to attend class! It's a joy!

The amount of improvements I have seen in my understanding of body and muscle, as well as the improvement I have made in being able to perform any of the workouts, is amazing. I want to thank the workout gym for helping me with perseverance and patience!

I recently had a personal training session with Fitness Knocking. Lois was excellent. The session was personalized for me, every exercise was thoroughly explained, and Lois was constantly monitoring how I was feeling throughout the session. I highly recommend working with Fitness Knocking.

I recently had a fitness eval with Lois. She was professional and thorough. What I loved most was her stoplight concept. In the past I always felt like I had to work through the pain and now know that’s the worst thing I could have done. Using her stoplight concept really simplified it for me. As long as there’s no pain - GO - if you begin to feel some low level pain - SLOW - if it increases - STOP! She showed me where my weaknesses are and how they impact my over all posture and wellbeing. Most importantly she told me what steps to take to correct it. I’ll be signing up for classes knowing the trainers will know what I need based on my eval with Lois and that I’m in good hands. Thanks Lois.
