FIT4MOM West Morris

I’ve been a part of Fit4Mom West Morris for about 6 months and it’s been such an amazing experience! I have NEVER stuck with an exercise “program” for this long, but after trying out my first class I never looked back! This group is more than just getting a workout in, it is truly a village

I joined Fit4Mom West Morris when my daughter was 3 months old...I was looking to try and get out of the house a bit and definitely needed to start getting some exercise too! I never expected what that one workout class turned into...I have joined a group of moms who have become friends and it's just such a wonderful community to be a part of! I also am physically stronger than I've been in many years! Even bigger plus is my daughter can come to the classes and be a part of this too!!! Can't recommend enough!

I would not survive motherhood without Fit4Mom. Truly. The workouts are an actual good workout, and the community of other moms is amazing. Highly recommend!
