Where do i start. Once they decided to open the weigh rooms in September, i called to reactivate my membership they never told me that the weight room was going to be open only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and only for few hours in the morning and then 4 pm to 6:45 pm in the evening and few hours on Saturday which means if you work during day hours, you cannot work out. Having memberships at other gyms as well, i can tell you that they have all resumed to their regular pre covid hours. YMCA charges you three 3 times more and is only open for way way less hours. I can't even get a refund. I have to give them one star because their equipment in the weight room is top notch and they do have a great variety which was the only reason i joined them in the first place. Too bad you can't use it any more. To be fair, its not the gym if you are into lifting. They are more involved in other stuff like outdoor classes and other stuff that's suitable for people who are not into lifting. Any ways be aware, don't join if you want to lift.

this place has been nothing but great since it reopened! but the hours i can’t lie are not good for the weight room. i think that they should be 12-8 everyday instead of the tuesday and thursday 12-8 and monday wednesday friday 4-8. plus the morning hours. i also feel that you guys should try to get basketball back in the gym! why can’t you do reservations for the four side baskets for 30 minutes to an hour. and only one person (or family/travel party) at each basket! i hope you guys see this! thanks and good luck on getting more and more reopened!

A horrible gym, over priced with rude management, horrible cleaning in the gym, and have old rusty deadlift weights, that are stuffed in the back of the gym, most of the weights are broken

Oils in the steam room are not allowed.. no problem. No need for lifeguards to have power trips and treat us the paying customers like this is some free public place. The older life guard with glasses needs a lesson on customer service.

My husband John has been a member there since 1988, so I guess 31 years for him and I been there since 2013, so 6 for me.nLet me add that we love the Randolph Y for so many reasons, but at the top of the list is that we have met people there that have become life long friends that we truly consider family!! Cathy and Andrea at front desk are just wonderful.nAlways smiling.
