Pharmacist announced several times the name of my prescription and that is was a narcotic nice and loud and clear so that the long line of people behind me could hear, it made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. It was very unprofessional and pretty sure a violation of HIPPA
The boss of the store made me pay 17.47 for something that said it was 4.99.
They call tell you to pick up your med and when you go the next day it is not ready. They always we are working them right now and it will be 15-20 mins. Or they tell you it’s ready and you get out there and you can’t even get it for another week. The pharmacy is a real joke out there
The employees at Falmouth CVS are Awesome!They definately go out of their way to help you out...
Pharmacy staff is extremely friendly and helpful, also always very quick filling prescriptions.nStore manager and front-end staff are the same, very friendly and helpful. Store manager is wonderful, made a recent return I had a breeze and very pleasant experience; I'd say the easiest time I've had with a return to a retail store, ever.
