I been coming to this location for over 3 years now. I am finding the facility to be becoming unsanitary as a result of lack of employees, I believe. Today I've only seen two employees and theirs easily over 50 people here. Paper towels not filled cleaner not filled. I made it aware to the employees here and I hope they improve their abilities to keep the facility clean. I will be following up with another review.

I gave them a one star because there was over 12 people walking around and working out with their mask halfway and the staff is doing nothing about it, it’s very unsafe for everybody else...nnIf you remember the other planet fitness all those other people caught Covid.nnThey need to monitor the people to make sure they are wearing their mask appropriately

The employees here are very nice and the environment is omg. If ur skinny no one laugh, if your fat no one even notice..... It's a place where u can go and just concentrate on what you need to do. I love it.

I love this gym I’ve been going for a few years now as a black card member. I went to the Rockaway location and it’s one of the cleanest facilities and the staff is super friendly. Shannon was super helpful to show me where certain things were around the gym! Will definitely be back.

The club is super clean, and staff is friendly. I especially liked the trainer Steve. He has a really positive attitude and really knows his stuff! It’s hard to wear a mask the whole time, but I liked how he also offered suggestions to make it more tolerable.
