FTC Fitness Center

FTC Fitness is amazing place to workout! I used to hate going to the gym but I found FTC and now LOVE going! Everyone at FTC makes working out fun!! This is a gym where you can be yourself and not feel embarrassed if you don't know how to do something or if can't lift as heavy as someone else. The coaches are AMAZING! They will make sure that you are getting a great workout in but also make sure you are enjoying yourself! If you are looking to start your fitness journey, this is the place to do it! I've been here almost 2 years and I am never leaving! Love everything about FTC!

FTC is a great place to train. Not only do I get a great workout but everyone is also very welcoming and friendly.

FTC offers so much more then other fitness centers, you are truely treated like a person, the staff is attentive, friendly and best of all motivating. A great friendly atmosphere where members are all ages, shapes, and abilities. Other members are supportive , friendly and approachable. Different fun events are always planned to make workouts fun, group events outside the gym to bring members together with no pressure at any time. Knowledgeable staff in fitness and nutrition are available. And the self defense aspect is amazing teaching real world techniques to defend yourself in real life situations, easy to learn and proven to work.nWhat more could you want ?
