I have had so much personal success and growth at IFS through their training sessions as well as coaching classes. IFS is anything but your typical gym. It is exceptional. Here, we are apart of a team where everyone is rooting for each other and every single coach is there to help and guide you. IFS is immaculate, going above and beyond putting our health first. I am grateful to have found a place where health, wellness and safety are priority.

I have been a member of Innovation Fitness Solutions for over two years. I can honestly say I made one of the best choices for my physical/mental health by joining this gym. The friendly and environment helped ease my initial anxiety about gyms. The coaches are intelligent, friendly and amazing at what they do. I have been training with Rob for 3 years. Has is as determined as I am to meet my weightloss goals. It is a pleasure to go to the gym...the equipment is constantly being upgraded and the gym is always clean. Rob has filters and purifiers so I always feel safe while working out. Highly recommend!
