It does not get better than Coach Rob. I highly recommend GC in Madison. It has changed my perspective on exercising and look forward to working out more than ever before.

Game Changer has become such a great part of our lives. My wife Mary and I have been members for 5 years and it has kept us feeling strong and in good shape. The staff is amazing and they create a family atmosphere. They also know how hard they can push you and are very cognizant of any limitations that your body has. Could not recommend more!!

I've been to a lot of gyms over the years. GameChanger is the ONLY one that I looked forward to going to every day. The 45 minute classes are perfectly structured for an awesome workout. The coaches know you and care about you not just in the gym but as a person. They watch to make sure you do everything correctly so you don't get hurt. They will modify anything for you. Its like having a personal trainer but in a family oriented super fun environment. I can't say enough about how fantastic this program is. You can see the results. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger or just be your best self...this is the place to do all that! If you're an adult who doesn't get enough play time, I highly recommend GameChanger!
