This has been the worst experience I've ever had getting a deposit back. In 2013, I was to collect a deposit in a storage unit I had leased. I again because of desperation had to lease another unit in 2016. And once again being lied to and misled. No one will return my call and no one can be honest. I've been told a week ago it was processing and now they won't answer the phone. Go anywhere else but here, the only positive to the facility is the lady at the desk. She's a sweetheart, but management is ridiculous.
