I am very disappointed with the service in this place. My wife ordered a hot late and they served a cold drink. When my wife asked for the drink she ordered, the have her waiting for more than 30 min and it was not until the line was finished when they finally delivered the right item. Sunday Dec 27, 4:30 pm.

Extremely friendly and honest service. When I ordered tonight (Saturday) I needed a large coffee with some espresso, milk, and pumpkin spice. The girl behind the counter was so nice that she asked me to tell her exactly how much coffee I wanted in the cup (compared to milk and espresso), and how many inches/centimeters of milk I wanted so I didn’t get something too bitter. The end result was fantastic!nnThe whole team was great tonight. Extremely good service and WAY BETTER than Starbucks.

Excellent service! I went here today and yesterday and I saw the same two employees working there. One girl was satisfying me about my accommodation of wanting a sugar free ice storm beverage. Very honest and told me that almost the entirety of the drink would be sugar free except for the sweets. Very friendly people. Please promote her.
