The Proper Palate

Marie is off the charts amazing! She prepared a dinner for my husband and I for my 40th birthday that I’ll never forget! Everything is organic and you can tell that she takes the time to pick each ingredient and plan out the detail of every meal. She’s personal, funny and so easy to get along with it was a pleasure getting to know her. In fact she’s so good, we already made plans to have her prepare Easter dinner for us too!! You have to try her...she will not disappoint!

My new obsession. Not only are Chef Marie’s meals convenient and delicious, but that are healthy (organic and gluten free) and made to order for you. I’ve had her salad, chicken, wraps, and sandwiches. All amazing. Thank you, Chef Marie!

My husband hired Chef Marie as a special anniversary gift. Being in a pandemic dinning out with our littles is not something we would do just yet. This was a fantastic and informal way to acquaint ourselves with new cuisine, and a good fill (until dessert that is)!nnMarie arrived and got right to work, all while being connected with us in good conversation. All of her ingredients were organic and farm to plate! Our salad was a refreshing start with a light great on the palate dressing that I probably cannot replicate. The crab cake and scallops were outstanding. The sauce for the scallops had a unique hint of mustard that was delicious. More over steak...We went for the Halibut dinner and sweet potato and potato mash! Outstanding flavors. Carrot cake and chocolate cake for dessert were a hit! Everything came together beautifully from start to finish. She even cleaned up for us. We felt our Covid protocols were honored as well. It was nice to broaden our culinary horizons from the comfort of our home and something to experience as a treat for special occasions with Marie as our chef again! Highly recommend.
