Metta Yoga is the most beautiful yoga studio I have ever stepped foot in. Jen and Ross have left no detail out, from the beautiful custom carpentry to the decor to the yoga mat rentals- this studio is luxurious! The instructors and classes are amazing as well- and the adventurous can even try an aerial yoga class! I always leave class in a state of zen and bliss.

Metta Yoga is a beautiful space to start, improve or simply enjoy your practice. The instructors are kind and patient. The classes and events are always amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

One if the best studios I've been to! Offering all types of classes from Yin to Vinyasa and including Aerial yoga, the instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable. It's a fresh and welcoming environment that truly helps you relax and escape into your practice.

I love that this is not a hot yoga studio. There are way too many hot studios in the area, and there's only so far you can go with hot yoga. Truly advancing your practice happens when you learn how to build internal heat, not have external heat do the work for you.nnAnyway, this is a beautiful studio, and I think there's a lot of potential here. The class I took with Marissa Tesseroni was very good. She tailored the practice to accommodate varying skill levels in the class. She has a great energy and is attentive to who she's teaching.nnMy constructive feedback is for Jennifer who teaches the prime time vinyasa classes at 6:30 pm, which could be improved. Many people who spend their day sitting at their 9-5 office job who are taking time to go exercise after work want to move and sweat and feel like they're getting a good workout in after sitting all day at work. The vinyasa flow classes I've taken at the 6:30 pm time are a little too slow and easy. I suggest to bring more energy into the class, have a faster, more creative flow, extend it to 75 minutes, and create a class where people are challenged and want to come back to grow their yoga practice and not be complacent.nnSimilarly, with the occasional free classes, use that as an opportunity to lead a great challenging flow while offering adjustments for different skill levels. This might mean bringing a well established teacher in to put on a great class. If you're enticing people to come by with a free class, make sure that class is awesome enough that people will want to pay for it going forward.nnFinally, I suggest offering some 75 minute classes versus 60 minute classes. 75 minutes allows for warmup time, a good hour of flowing, and cool down time with savasana. Most studios vary between 60-75 minute classes. This studio currently only has 60 minute classes.nnFinally finally, I suggest tweaking the intro offer. It's currently $70 for the first month, which sounds like a deal but I don't want to commit to a month of anything when I don't know if it's going to be worth the time or not. If your reputation was built up already with a lot of great reviews that indicate I'll grow my practice, then perhaps I would go for it, but you're not there yet. If there was an option for $35 for a week of unlimited, I would do it.nnAgain, this is a beautiful studio and the foundations are there for being great! I'm looking forward to this studio growing into it's groove.
