Love it hear. Had a good Trainer today her name was kat she really done a great job.

BEWARE. This is not an honest company!!!!!! I would not recommend. My family and I had experienced some financial hardship because of Covid19. I had determined that my membership was too much to pay for. When I went in to cancel, Planet Fitness offered to freeze mine and my wife's account for 8 months. I thought that 8 months sounded like a reasonable amount of time that our financial situation may be better. My wife and I both put reminders in our phones for the 8 months. 3 months go by and we find out that I've been getting charged for 2 months, $100, even though I still have 5 months before the accounts are supposed to unfreeze. I call on a weekend and one of the employees sounds confused. He admits that the account was set to only freeze for one month. He says that he cannot help me and to call back on a weekday. The employ admits that the 1 month freeze is odd given that I wanted to completely cancel in the first place. When I call back on Monday, the managerssays that there isn't anything they can do. He says that their system says the freeze was for one month and that they cannot remove the charges. I feel like Planet Fitness took advantage of my family during a Pandemic. Instead of trying to work with our financial situation, as we were trying to work with them, they took the opportunity to make a quick buck and steal our money during a difficult time. Please be careful if you freeze your account. What you are told and what they set could be different and they will not return the money once they take it. How many ppl are they doing like this?

I love this gym. The equipment is great. The people that work there are nice. It is always clean!

The owners and trainers are all very involved and focused on the success of the members. They take a holistic approach helping members with everything!!

Luv starting my day with working out hard and enjoying wonderful company. Tracy at the front desk really makes everyone feel special.
