I am so glad that I found F 45 Shrewsbury!! Looking for a new fitness facility I walked into F 45 andnimmediately felt that I had found my new fitness home! The Trainers are knowledgeable, caring, motivating, supportive, and go out of their way to get to know you! They want you to be a healthier, stronger, better version of yourself! The owner is one of the most caring and supportive people that I have ever met!!nThe workouts are balanced, challenging, dynamic and creative and most importantly of all- everyone can complete them - modifications if needed, at your own pace.nIf you need a place to change your life This is the place!!! Every few months they infuse a Challenge into their program- Game changer!! Life Changer!! Diet and exercise overhaul!! And all the tools you need to find success are right in front of you!!nThis is The Place that can change your life, it’s my new home, and they are like family!!!

Best gym. Best people. Most importantly, best workout. Approaching 50 I knew I needed something structured and rigorous but my time is limited. I also need a workout that’s efficient and fun - I don’t want to dread long and boring workouts. F45 is hands down of the many gyms I’ve belonged to over the years the best experience I’ve had getting and staying in shape. The staff works with you to make it awesome. Fully recommended.

F45 is everything I hoped for and more in a gym! the workouts are challenging but time efficient. The staff is incredible. They are very knowledge & keep me motivated throughout my workout. Most importantly the staff gets to know every member on a personal level. AMAZING people all around! I have become the best version of myself these last 3 months thanks to F45! I couldn’t be more happy with my experience.

F45 Training Shrewsbury is an amazing facility with the best owner and staff ! I love Erin and her crew they do everything they can to accommodate every type of person. I have major back issues and they take their time to work with me carefully to optimize my performance without injury. Everything they do for me is to help me get better . I could t ask for a better place to recuperate. I love everything about F45 Shrewsbury and their staff. I highly recommend them to everyone. !
