Owner, Kate is extremely knowledgable and amazing at what she does! Whether you're a Pilates first timer or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, you need to check out this studio.

I love this intimate class so much, I go out of my way to get here whenever I can! Kate is the most wonderful pilates teachers. She makes the class as challenging or moderate as you want it to be, with the kindest and most positive guidance. I always leave the studio feeling refreshed and stronger. Thank you!

Can't say enough great things about the Center for Pilates, Red Bank. The studio is clean, quiet and peaceful. Kate is a wonderful, hands on teacher that wants the best for every student.
