Rob is so nice and welcoming! Very laid-back and friendly atmosphere. I’ve had a much better experience here than at larger gyms in the area.

I was so happy to be back at the gym! It was hard waiting so long to get back. To my work out. I was a bit afraid and did not know what to expect. Everything was spotless and in order. People all seem to respect social distancing. I did not feel crowded in. Thank you for all you have done to keep your members safe.

Father son owners couldn't be more ignorant about fitness and health. They should own a laundromat, anything but a gym.

This gym is horrible and over priced!!! LA Fitness is cheaper and they have a pool and steam room. They close on every Sunday and every single holiday. News flash bro, people still wanna work out even if it is a Sunday or holiday. Planet fitness is open right now and they are only 9.95$ a month!!!! HAVE A NICE DAY!!!

Great local gym. Owners and staff could not be more helpful or attentive. Updated equipment and great classes. Good value. I highly recommend.
