Impact Martial Arts and Conditioning

Just went for my first time trying Muay Thai and it was way better than I expected ud83dude01 Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and I felt very welcomed. I'm so glad I tried it out!

What a warm welcoming place! Amazing energy, positive spirit and a great community for all ages, fitness and skill levels — from complete newbie to the most seasoned champ. I love that this is a place for the entire family. Kru Mike Giannone is a gifted teacher and a caring small business owner who gives so much to the community. Mike, coach Shamus and the entire team at Impact Martial Arts are the best!

I have been training here for a long time. I don't even remember when I first started it has been so long. They welcome you with open arms. They accept you when other places may turn you down. Friendly people and friendly staff. They make it a fun atmosphere. Mike and the other instructors aid you in learning not matter if it is your first time or not. Why wouldn't you choose them over the others?

More than just a workout: I joined during the winter expecting that I would try it for a short time, but the staff, the members and the workouts are just too good to give up. The energy here is exciting and I'm truly lucky to have met such amazing people at Impact!
