My sister and I were under the impression we had set up a pedicure for two and with the COVID-19 precautions understood that this was still acceptable. We showed up for our appointment and we were told it was only for one. The only option that they provided was for one person to go in alone and have the pedicure and the other one have theirs done after. The receptionist didn't seem concerned or apologetic for the mix up and offered no other solutions.
We ended up going to a different salon where COVID-19 precautions were in place as well and we were able to have them done at the same time and maintain a 6 feet distance.
I love Soulstice Day Spa. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Heather is a wonderful therapist who sides great work. She's so pleasant and very caring. They have some great products as well. The sugar scrubs are awesome.
Great atmosphere, good prices. Massages are there are mostly customizable unlike corporate (massage envy) massages. (West Jordan location)
It's always a great experience when I come in. The person that waxed my eyebrows was amazing, I have very sensitive skin and she was attentive and careful of taking care of my skin.
Very very good experience. I would recommend to friends and family. She was very friendly and kind.
