It's a great place to be. Everyone is friendly and supportive. The coaches are excellent especially Coach Jim. There is always a lot of encouragement.

Attended CFBB for about a year. By far the best box I've been at. The coaching staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive of your goals. The community is so welcoming and diverse. The programming is also top notch. A great place for any level of crossfit experience, beginner to advanced.

Take your fitness to the next level! If you have been working out regularly and have not seen the result you're looking for, join this gym. Great coaches and superb programming.

Very kind and caring staff. If you're looking to get in shape this is a good place with options between more muscle-intensive or cardio-intensive. For me the biggest sells were 1) they let you drop your weights (which is essential to going heavy) 2) they have ropes for climbs and decent jump ropes 3) they have a plethora of equipment so you aren't fighting for barbells if there is a large class.
