Very friendly stuff

My favorite Starbucks. Yeah your gonna wait a bit in line, but the drinks and food are always consistent. There's another Starbucks down the road, completely different experience.nnI have been to this location at least 30 times... the customer service is awesome here. Everyone is cheerful and helpful. Very clean, everyone with masks. My go to spot.

Waited 40 minutes inside after ordering and instead of accommodating me they gave me a refund. The drinks were Berry refreshers. No college degree professional needed to pour it. If I could give no star I would of.

Went there this morning...the girl who took the order was super nice and very cheerful. I drove to window to pick my order up and the boy at the window barely said a word. I put my credit card in machine to pay and removed it...still nothing said. Was waiting for him to atleast say thank you or have a nice day but nothing. Just rude!

Got two black coffees took a half an hour to receive. At what point do you stop making the 15 drinks for mobile orders and take care of the five guests that are physically waiting inside. Poor management
