The starbucks at rwj has some of the most incompetent peoplenThe prices change almost everydaynOnly about 3-4 people up there know what theyre doingnAnd the others are clueless to say the leastnOnly convenient because dunkin donuts isnt in the hospitalnTerrible everythingnThey change people like the caf changes the menunOne star is being more than generous

Price (on same order) consistently different, inflated prices, rude staff, working hours constantly changing. There is a clear lack or absence of management.

I asked for ice coffee and the cashier said latte, i repeated a few more times that i wanted coffee. He still rung it up wrong. When the girl that made it gave it to me, i told her its wrong, she very rudely laughed and walked away. I had to speak up and tell them it was wrong in order to get the drink I wanted.

Walked over to the Starbucks in RWJ. The staff informed us they were closed. It is only 8:45pm. Hours on their site state they are open until 10pm.

Good service. A bit of a longer wait than I thought it should've been, given the small number of customers before me. Good service and good coffee overall.
