Family BBQ

We have always ordered from this place and the food is always good but unfortunately we won’t be ordering from here anymore. We ordered our food over the phone to pick up and they told us 25min over the phone. We arrived 40 min later to give them time to prepare the food because they never prepare it on time. But as we arrived the food was still not ready. My husband simply asked one of the girls that worked there by the name of “ASHLEY” why is it taking so long if they told us 25 min over the phone. She proceeded to be nasty and even cursed at my husband. He asked for the manager and told him is it acceptable for your employees to behave this way to customers and he didn’t say anything he just sent her to the back room. Honestly I don’t care how good the food is in a restaurant if they have employees that behave in this manner in any establishment it will not prosper. They will no longer get our business sad to say. They need to fire that girl by the name of Ashley and I advice anyone that wishes to have great customer service not to go there because you won’t get it.

Attended a networking/dinner event here with an established menu (apps, entree & dessert) had a really good time. It's been a few weeks since I've dined here, but I can still taste the lemon from the puttanesca like it was last night! NYC readers, it is well worth the train ride. The food really speaks for itself.

The food is good but I don't like how they try to give you 1 little barbecue, which taste very good, sauce with all those ribs.

I love the food here. But The ladies on the phone mess my order up everytime.

Good don’t taste good at all. Won’t go again.
