They always keeping the gym clean always cleaning all'' time very happy with the service great staff..been a member since 2016.

The gym is always clean & the staff is very professional. During my workout my air pod fell in the stair climber machine. Manager Holger took his time to open the machine & was able to retrieve it.

Covid Guidelines followed! Clean equipment! Friendly and educated associates. Thanks for all you do!

Front desk representative was very rude. Bad customer service. I can feel that it was been a long day for him but taking his frustration on customers is very bad. Instead of being informative he just was very rude. I went there to cancel my membership. I froze my account for 3 months in November and with out any prior email or anything i was charged and i went down to the place and was enquiring about this. Michael(front desk representative) was very rude. I came home and checked my email and I received a copy of extension of account freeze which I didn’t sign. I was shocked by this. So this guy forged my signature on the form and emailed me.nIm thinking of taking action about this forged signature.
