As much as I like coming here but the staff makes me doubtful to go every single time. They are very unprofessional, always loud talking to each other. You would see them playing their own music on their desks and dancing while the person at the desk struggling with the system or people are waiting on the line to get in.nYou barely see any of the staff have the mask on, it is always either not covering the nose or below their chin.nThe place is really good but with better staff and management, I’m sure they can do better.nNote to management: treat all of your customers the same and act professionally if you want to keep this business going. Oh and make sure there is no conflict of interest at work!!

I’ve dealt with MOST of the staff. During the week the staff in the early late afternoons are great. Friendly, helpful constantly wiping down bottles they give out. The staff on the weekend needs to put more work into working. Other than that good equipment and clean.

lively atmosphere - very nice lighting - bright enough to see active people working out. Friendly staff - if only the trainors can be like the front desk staff, if they can be more engaging to the members, they'd probably do more business training us.

There is a couple nice staff at this location. The nice young man in the front who’s been working there for awhile and Briana and the other gentleman who’s works in sales. Very nice people. Unfortunately for Cheryl she’s rude always walks around with a nasty face and her tone of voice when she speaks just very unpleasant.

Love the fact they give us our personal disinfectants. Immediately made me feel more comfortable coming back during the pandemic
