The Club at Ricochet

The kid classes are basically for entertainment. My son did swimming and soccer and I didn’t really notice them “teaching” him much. It seemed like it was more to keep the kids entertained and occupied. Overall it is a clean facility, you can tell they do a good job keeping up with it just needs to be remodeled because it’s a little run down.

When you become a member they give so many papers to look where you overlook some of the info you are signing. In the documents the make you sign they state that we(members) need let them know about 1.5 month in order to cancel the service. And it's very contradicting to some one who is non- contract, no commitment member. And they don't empathize with you if you don't inform them during the time frame given. They don't care about customer service. They don't care about you, your family or any situation that must have occurred in your life. I have never seen this type of facility before when it comes to customer service. People only go there because there is no alternative around. But there is good news for those people YMCA is opening in Piscataway i am looking forward to joining it!!

Apparently, booking the court is not good enough here. We were asked to leave a court because the manager said there is another court booked for us. But it was not.nThe manager could not resolve a simple dispute yesterday.nBeing nice and showing good sportsmanship is not worth in this sports club.

The pools is well kept and equipments are clean. Staff are very courteous. One thing i would love to see change is the shower and bathroom upstairs are very 1980 and shower curtains are black. Other wise, it worthed the monthly fees

I have been a member for a long time. Great classes.nBut they need to refresh the club. The furniture's and the carpets still looks the same from 1992
