I joined Snap Fitness West Windsor in August '18. I hadn't been a gym member for 7-8 years and not in top physical condition to put it mildly. I started training with Sean my first week as a member. Within 4 months I lost 10 pounds, my blood pressure , cholesterol and blood sugars dropped to levels I hadn't seen in 20 years. Great, friendly staff who are very encouraging and supportive.

The gym is great and the trainers are greater! always clean and well equipped with top notch machines. Highly recommended!

Outdated and rusty equipments. $10 per month gyms have better equipment and facilities than them.nThe whole gym is kind of set up in a space which seems like a living room.nNo lockers or changing room( Toilet is their changing room)nWhen you join in initially they will aggressively try to sell you personal fitness packages. They will conduct a free evaluation and scare you to death about the shape you are in. Nothing but scare tactics to sign up for one of their packages.nnBe aware of their pre paid membership and read the fine print very carefully. At the end of the term, they will start billing you automatically.

This gym is awesome for several reasons.nFirst, it is a 24/7 hour gym so as long as you have your card, you can enter before work, after work, or get a safe midnight run inside the gym.nSecond, there's a no pressure atmosphere. What I mean by that is, there aren't a million buff people there intimidating you to be thing and tone etc. They respect that you're working out.nThird, the staff is friendly and professional. They're not over baring with sales pitches or getting a trainer and that's nice.nFourth, they are never crowded. That 6pm rush, doesn't really apply here. Sure it may happen from time to time, as is expected, but every piece of equipment is available for use 99% of the time. And that says a lot.nFifth, if you do decide to obtain a trainer, may I suggest Rhonda. I always have tons of laughs with her while obtaining a work out. She pushes me to do better and within a month I have lost almost 10lbs and gained more strength. I am extremely over weight and she has always been very accommodating. She always calls the day before the scheduled visit to make sure it is still going on and if you need to reschedule, she will accommodate you! How wonderful is that? She encourages me and is proud of me, which is something I feel of high value.nnThe only downside is the price. No it is not $10 a month but to me, the costs aren't substantially high. You're not paying ridiculous amounts of money. You get what you pay for and I couldn't have asked for a better gym or trainer.

I am a little sad with my interaction at snap. I did get the trial fit pass and went to the location just to check it out before my pass actually arrived. The person at the desk there tried to tell me that I am not eligible for the pass even though the website charged me and confirmed based on my address. The person tried to ask me to register in full time via my insurance. If I had to register full time I would have never have gotten the trail pass. I wanted to make sure this place worked for me. This is just another gym that try to push you to pay up. Even though I paid for the fit pass and I received it I am not going to go there.
