Crunch Fitness - East Windsor

This location has a wonderful staff and welcoming environment. The staff is very respectful and friendly. The people that work there are always cleaning and making sure everyone is following Covid-19 guidelines. The bathrooms and facilities are tidy and never smell or look dirty. They have plenty of brand new state of the art equipment to use as well as massage therapy, hydro massage beds, red light treatment, tanning beds, saunas, showers, and virtual/ in person classes. There's literally something here for everyone. The trainers are superb and willing to customize a great workout for you. I would most definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for their FOREVER gym!

Great gym! Been going here since it used to be Golds Gym and it is even better now after being completely redone. All staff is great especially Debbie at the front desk. I brought my girlfriend to get a membership and she was super nice and super helpful. She was super excited to be talking to us and made the sign up process very very easy.

GREAT GYM! has a TON of new equipment, and it is a clean and well maintained facility. As soon as you walk in the door you’re greeted by a kind and super helpful staff especially, Katherine. I can’t put into words on how helpful she was being able to navigate all my questions and concerns, while giving me a complete run down of their memberships, classes and add ons. She helped me make the best decision for myself instead of trying to sell me something. I’ve been going to crunch for over 3 years and this one is BY FAR MY FAVORITE look no further in your gym search. This is the one for you.

My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and are training for a competition, with that in mind we were so sad to not find a gold’s in our area (we’ve been members for years). But Debbie at the front desk took great care of us, she was so kind, welcoming, and energetic! She explained all the equipment, membership perks, etc and in no time we both signed up ud83dude0a Also it’s impeccably clean and has perks that my gold’s never had - major plus!!

Great prices for a new gym! Trainers are super kind and understanding of your health and wellness needs. Love the brand new equipment, clean, and well-maintained.
