Starbucks

My family and I were going back to Philadelphia and stopped on the way to get some drinks. We didn't expect it to be so clean and friendly specially at around 9pm. Cecile and John were the only employs there during the closing time and made our night time experience better.

Everytime I stop here it takes 20 mins to get through the line. I would think they would hire more than just the older woman to run the front to help with the line. Gheesh get it together

This was our first stop on a 17 Hour drive back to South Florida. The cashier was rude, unprofessional and not friendly. In the display case there was shaved almonds which she said were not available. We ordered pumpkin bread and received banana bread instead. Upon receiving the corrected item she handled it without apologizing acknowledging her error. When I asked for her name she told me it was Margo however the coffee says margarit. And working with the public much less something with high traffic you need to be professional and courteous. Something really needs to be done about this location.

not one to leave reviews but this worst starbucks i’ve ever been in! awful customer service, the lady taking my order kept trying to finalize and charge me after saying each item i wanted. the girl who made my drinks was having a conversation with her coworker yelling and cursing and complaining about her other coworkers, then gave me what seemed like hot milk with sugar when i asked for a hot white chocolate mocha.nthis place needs to hire some new people
