I love Yoga Essence! I have been coming here for a few years and every class has been so great. The instructors are very knowledgeable and make every class unique. Today was their first day back in the studio and now felt completely comfortable, safe and relaxed. The team here is really wonderful. You can see how much they care.

Coming from a exercise science and personal training background, this is one of the best yoga studios in Hunterdon County. The instructors are very confident in their abilities to teach, practice, and most importantly make you feel comfortable. I have been to many studios before. Hands down, I will choose this one over and over again. They instructors really want you to practice the right way. Every teacher makes adjustments and is very hands on even in the big classes. It makes the experience that much better, knowing you’re doing it right !

You come for the yoga and stay for the people! Great studio for any level. The instructors are fantastic. Such a balanced and comfortable environment for anyone looking to practice yoga.
