Hudson Sushi

Our family regularly orders Hudson sushi food. My 6 year old son is very fond of delicious sushi. always fresh, I am sure that all products are fresh. All kind people in masks. no need to wait long for the order. Be sure to try their food and you will be as thrilled as I am.

Cute little sushi restaurant.... Ingredients are fresh, and the food is pretty good. Located in the central business district on Park Ave between union city and weehawken, we decided to try this place and we were not disappointed. Service was a bit amateurish, but attentive and quick.

Food is good,service can be a little spotty, I have hope they will continue to improve. Recently tried the seafood pancake and enjoyed it...I have to update my review, I think they've totally stepped up their game in terms of their menu and flavor, and their service as well. We had a delicious avocado bomb which is basically tuna tartare with avocado on top, we also love the beef japchae, and the Boston roll, and it's BYOB, we totally enjoyed our visit tonight ud83dude03ud83dudc4dud83cudffc

BYOB sushi spot (liquor store walking distance), with amazing service & sushi! The combo rolls are huge and everything was so tasty. Miso soup was the best and I cannot rave enough about the pepper tuna and crab taco appetizers! Ate inside, small place but perfect for a weeknight.

Hands down the freshest and tastiest sushi in Hudson county. I love supporting them and their creative rolls as well as delicious sashimi. Please consider showing them love and try out their food.
