Costumer service and attention are simply disgusting. Most of the employees are really bad at their job, especially the managers. ud83eudd37ud83cudfff‍♂ufe0f

They forgot about my order, I was waiting for more than 20min

No good service, it looks they don't know what they are doing, don't pay attention and misplace orders

Indivisible attention, efficiency, great friendly attention. = A1.!!

Luis the manager and the assistant manager that is the one getting out the orders are the best example of what customer service should be. I got home because the cashier got my order wrong and it was rush hour and with mask on and a pixie glass in the way it can be difficult to understand what the customer is ordering. Once I got home I noticed that my order was wrong I called and spoke to Luis he had already told his assistant manager the situation and she provided me with the rest of my order. I wish all other McDonald's were like this. P.S. their ice cream machine is never broken lol
