This place is horrible! We aren’t from Carlisle and needed to receive a return for the previous year. Upon entering there was a misunderstanding about payment, I could hear her yelling at my significant other from the parking lot. We left to get her the measly 25 dollars she was upset about. I figured I should go in to prevent any further arguing between her and my spouse. She comes running out of her office using profanity, gets in my face, sticks her finger in my face while still screaming at me (my three month old is with me as well) then shoves a receipt to my chest while still screaming and shoves me out of the door closing my finger inside of it. Not only does she have an issue communicating in a civil manner she also misfiled our taxes! No worries though, police were notified and a complaint was filed. If you are thinking of using this monster as a tax service I suggest you save yourself the disrespect and look elsewhere. I am truly disgusted that she thinks she can treat people this way. Lesson learned though.

My husband and I have been going there for over 20 years. They are great people and have always been good to us.
