CKO is amazing and the staff are great! The workouts are worth it! 1 hour a day I give everything I have into the workouts. There’s no pressure and you can go at your own pace as everyone’s conditioning level is different. That’s what i like !

I went to know and try but I'll definitely go back I loved the first free class, most important they really care about safety and follow all COVID regulations.

I love cko it gives you a good workout everybody is friendly the instructors are amazing ,they give you a good workout.I will recommend this to anyone.
