Joined last year. Covid guidelines were not being followed. Felt safer on the airplane and in the grocery store than at this place. Attempted to cancel twice due to unsafe environment. Staff verbally told me I was cancelled and would not be charged, then continued to charge me and pointed to the contract language. This happened twice. I was charged twice the cancellation fee in dues, while I would have paid the cancellation fee up front if they told me. Rather they told me there was no fee and I was good to go and I was cancelled.

Love this gym! They even have an inside bike rack! Reasonable monthly rates with massage machine availability.

Despite a pandemic and people losing their jobs, PF continued to automatically charge accounts without first verifying that they would still be using (or even able to use the gym). Shameful
