This company is a fraud, they garnish wages and send a notice that it was completed. Just to come right back after you multiple times for the same debt. Called and spoke with someone, who was extremely rude. Was informed that garnishments can only last a year, they don't even know the laws of the state they operate in. Seeking legal action to end the fraud. And I've turned them over to the state for their dirty practices.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER!! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT! I would press into the matter with legal council but you all literally are not worth my time or effort.I had no issues with this company until today. I have been working with them for a little over a year now trying to resolve a large medical debt that put me out of work for some time. I have been paying monthly with no problem. Always on time. Last month I was a few days late and they added $300 to my bill and emptied my account today. Fine. I was paying you all off within 30 days any way... But do you all own a phone?? When someone has excellent payment history with you for 14 months, It may be safe to assume something probably happened and they just need a quick reminder that they missed a payment.

Contacted by letter about collections on a medical bill. Went down and wrote a letter of hardship as instructed. Called to confirm it had been filed. (Verified) next thing I know, a judgement had been made against me and I was being garnished. 465 dollars a check! That's each check! So much for working with me... Got a loan and paid them off in full. Got a receipt. Still being garnished! Called and they said they would fix it. Garnished again!!! So now I'm hoping they stop this nonsense before I'm totally bankrupt. Seeing a lawyer about options in the morning if it isn't fixed TODAY! Do not trust anything they tell you. Prepare to be ripped off.

Absolutely the dirtiest low down scum. I had to get an attorney to get this worm off my back and back into the hole that he crawled out of .

These people are frauds. Spoke with a rep about my payment arrangement and setting up automatic bill pay. Also told me that the garnishment shouldn't go through because I did that. Next day have ALL of my money taken out. Bunch of liars. I'll see you guys in court.
