We were not impressed with the service we received here, and we are very pleased that we decided not to acquire his services. My husband and I got married in June 2018 and we came in for a consulatation with Carlos Trujillo in July to see if he could help my husband and I with the paperwork to get his residency. We waited 30 minutes after our appointment time to be seen, and at the end of our appointment, Mr. Trujillo told us that he would have to do some research to learn more about our case and that he would call us. We were a little confused and felt as though he didn't have the time for us. After a few weeks of not hearing anything, my husband called for an update and we were told again that he would need more time to look into our case. After 2 more weeks of not hearing anything, we got the idea that Carlos Trujillo did not have the time for our case. We would have appreciated just being told in the beginning that he did not have time for us, instead of waiting for over a month to get our paperwork started. Finally, my husband and I decided to go with someone else and left a review for Carlos Trujillo. That's when he finally decided to call us back, asking my husband to change his review and telling us that this is a difficult case and that my husband would have to return to his home country and risk being banned from the US for 10 years. It is now six months later, and my husband has received his work and travel permits. We are so happy that we decided to go elsewhere, although we wish that Carlos would have been better at communicating with us. Edit: My husband received his permanent residency 6 more months after his work permit. We are so happy we did not waste the time or money going here.
