New North Arlington Bowl

I grew up one block away. I’ve gone to this alley my entire life. I would have recommended it to everyone if it was not for my experience here tonight. I went to the bowling alley with my mother, brothers, niece, nephew and girlfriend. We arrived at 6pm before the rush of younger kids. We paid for two games, racked up almost. $200 bar tab as well as $100 on food and the $100+ for the lane. The staff was great with the exception of the one dark haired older woman. She was not only rude but she kept telling her staff to watch us while we bowled. The staff even apologized and explained that it was their bosses orders. On our tenth frame she shut our game off. I tipped the bartender and the staff member well for being so friendly and polite but I will never return to this bowling alley. After a conversation with the couple next to us, they experienced the same and thought it was due to being racially profiled. In a time of Covid where we should be supporting small business, this is not a small business to be supported while under the supervision of this woman. This is not the family friendly bowling alley I grew up with.

First time there today. GREAT Atmosphere, clean and sanitized especially during Covid times. Food was GOOD, Arcade games was fun. Would recommend as I will be going here from now on.

Very rude staff! Don’t go there! I have a lap dog inside my purse and my two girls were bowling so they told me to leave immediately since I couldn’t have my tiny dog inside my bag and I was seated not even playing. Really people? They should at least let my girls finish their game since they had only 20 minutes left. Oh, and their restaurant is just a window where you order snacks and pizza not a real restaurant as they advertise. What a joke!nRude and ignorant people! Never again!

Fast service; very clean; COVID-19 Santitation rules in effect and enforced. Customer Service was excellent. Food was great. Had a real good time with my sons there. Highly recommended....
