Hemlock Falls

Really big can get lost nice place to smoke weed and get high. Watch out tho there be cops lurking sitting on a car but they're to make us all feel safe weed is legal now. But overall it's really peaceful I love it.

Really easy hike (some loose rocks, nothing steep). Once you find the river & the falls the scenery is very pretty. South Mountain has a lot of trails to explore - the falls are off the Lenape trail (yellow blaze). If you park at the Hemlock lot, go straight & hang a right at the first trail sign (big sign enclosed in glass). There were a lot of dog walkers and kids on the hike - it is great for families or beginners.

Review by my 9 year old son.nnBeautiful hiking place. We got lost for a bit but we had alot of fun there. Our dog loved it, he is sleeping right now. The river and water falls are so relaxing to hear. It's a very good hiking place it's not that good when there is rock stairs and you need to climb down or up them. We went down to the big water fall and had so much fun seeing other dogs plays and having fun.

These are great easy walks/hikes to get to the falls and plenty of benches to sit on to enjoy them! Definitely go up the stairs to get the amazing view from on top of the falls. Worth a visit!
