I want to thank you for assisting me through this difficult times of going through bankruptcy. I was at the hearing today. Mr. Weekes from Capstone Law was there for me. I was scared, but he re-assured me. It went on smoothly. There was a time I became emotional, and started to sob quietly, and looked sad. The head lawyer noticed that when I gave him my ID and SS card. I want to thank you again kindly. Russell, Marci, Tiffany, Stacie etc, etc, you are all wonderful.

The filing process seemed quick and easy which was great. I am thankful for that. However, they really threw me through a loop when it came down to my final two payments. Usually, I emailed an employee directly to run my payments given it depended on when I got paid. She was very responsive and helpful. When it came down to my second to last payment, the amount was $250.00. I was going through an extreme hardship and needed to arrange to just pay my whole remaining balance ($250.00 + $53.33) on my next check. I had emailed my usual contact, no response. I put a hold on my card, called and left TWO voicemails, no response. I received an email from Denece 12/23 (which of whom was not my usual contact) stating that my payment was scheduled for 12/26 and she 'tried to call'. I advised her I was aware of this payment schedule and I am inquiring about an arrangement. Instead of a response from her, I received an automated email saying my card was ran for $250.00 on 12/30 which I DID not authorize. I know the terms I had agreed to and they were allowed to run my card, but my previous contact ALWAYS worked with me. I called extremely upset, Denece continued to talk over me rather than listen. She told me I never contacted them, I sent her the proof of me emailing her AND my previous contact. She let me know that contact did not work there anymore. That is not my fault, and they should have advised me of that when I tried to reach out the three initial times. I asked her to refund my payment because it put me -$20 and I wouldn't get paid for a week. I cried to her explaining my hardship. She said she could 'see what she could do'. Puts me on hold, a few minutes later she picks up 'Thank you for calling Capstone'. I told her she put me on hold.. She said oh sorry, I checked with the attorney, there is nothing we can do. I feel that nothing I had said mattered whatsoever. I had NEVER missed a payment, I paid a payment upfront and I was always on time. It was a completely heartless move. I had sent my payment information with authorization to take my final payment on the morning of 01/23, it is the next day and they still did not run my card. I called, of course, no answer. I left a voicemail. They were quick to take my payment when I told them not to and now that I am trying to pay my final payment and be done with them, they are not so quick to run the payment. I called yet again, and spoke with Tiffany to verify my final payment. She was respectful and helpful, thank goodness.
