If you order sauces with your meal for delivery do not count on this place go remember if. Multiple times they have forgot sauces that either come with your order or you paid got to receive. The last time I called to address this they blamed the delivery guy. Apparently it’s his job to check and see if orders are correct. Not the people actually making/preparing the order. This shop is run by high schoolers who are poorly trained.

The worst service I have ever received. Delivery estimate was half an hour but it look almost two hours for the pizza to arrive. Order was mysterious marked “complete” on the tracker. When I called the store they assured me that my order had already left, but it still took another forty minutes to arrive. Called the store back and the manager was completely unconcerned by my complaints. 0/10. Will not come back.

Placed an order for pick up, came to pick it up within 15 min when the app said it was ready. When I arrived, the cashier took my card to charge for the order and then proceeded to get my order. Came back and didn't say anything, until i asked where is my order. I was then informed the order was given away accidently. No apology, no discount, just an oh well you have to wait. Asked for a manager and was conveniently told none was available. Horrible experience.

Pizza is consistently good. Tastes best when u go and pick up yourself, cause it will be hot. They do delivery, but it takes.a while for them to get here. I prefer picking myself. Definitely better than other pizza chains. Love their Brooklyn style, thin crust and handmade pan.
