TLDR: TROY IS THE BEST TRAINER!!!!nBlink is great. At first, I wanted a gym that had more natural light, but ultimately my focus was and is my health. After suffering an injury that made me unable to walk for 6 weeks and a load of physical therapy, I was finally able to get back into the gym. Struggling to get in a rhythm with my first trainer, I switched trainers. Troy is AMAZING!!! Not only does he personalize your workouts and help you learn how to create your own and target certain areas, but he encourages you while you're at the gym on your own. I see him at the gym and if he's not there, I can text him for motivation or ask questions. It's really great because I have constant support system. Other than my hard work, his way of training is the reason I have come as far as I have. Even in two weeks after the bike, my legs were even more shredded. I have been more consistent than my entire life and I am very glad with the value and the cost of this gym! The staff are welcoming and friendly and really have cultivated a nice relationship as I see them everyday!

This Gym is Really nice, specious and have everythjng. However, there is a trick if you try to cancel your subscription they will charge you. They charge me two month extra to cancel the membership such a rip off. In addition they charged me 55$ annual for the year of 2020. Remind you the gym was closed for almost the whole year, so why you charge maintenance fee?????? very bad Customer service

I moved to Montclair and asked to cancel my membership, they won’t cancel on the phone and not on email and not even by regular letter that I sent to the main location in NYC. They kept charging me for many months even I didn’t have access to the place. And they still charging .. hundreds of dollar went to were stolen from be by Blink. Be careful of this company!!!!!!

They keep charging my account even after requesting a temporary freeze until we are certain COVID won't spread as wild fire indoor. They have asked me to send them email as proof I had requested the temporary freeze which I did at least 5 times but they are very nonresponsive to my inquiries. Be careful, check your credit cards for false charges... No one at Blink cares they just want to cash in...

I’ve been going here for 3 years, and I dislike giving poor reviews, I feel this needs some attention from the management, some of the staff train there as well, I’ve noticed they lack some common gym etiquettes themselves, I understand they’re not on the clock but as staff members of the gym, they should be aware.
