As a nurse, I've had the pleasure and fortunate blessing to work with the incredible Aurore Joly for about a year now. She is patient, kind, and caring towards a Pediatric client of mine. A true miracle worker. The consistent, integrative functional movement techniques she uses has done wonders for my client with cerebral palsy. He is now able to open his hands, give me a high five, bend, raise, and hold up his arms without assistance! He has gained quite a bit of muscle strength in his arms, legs, abdominal region, and he is learning to sit up and crawl on his own! When I first met my client he had muscle rigidity and flaccidity, and now I am seeing considerable improvement over the past year. I highly recommend Aurore!

Aurore Joly is former teacher of mine. She is one of the greatest teachers I’ve had the privilege to work with in the past 3 years. Aurore is throughly professional, knowledgeable, helpful , strong and accommodating to each of her clients needs. She down right sweet . Aurore is the best. Best Pilates and gyrotonics in Jersey. Prior to working with her I didn’t even make the basketball team. After working with her I made the team and went on to break school and state records in basketball. Aurore took my flexibility and overall health to another level. She is extremely kind, sweet, funny, and she genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommended 10/10.

I have been working with Aurore every other week and I couldn’t be happier about the one on one treatment that I receive from her. She understands me and my body so well and overall makes me a better dancer in every aspect. I am currently training at The Ailey School which makes me extremely versatile in the styles that I often perform. It is amazing how pilates has helped me expand my knowledge and helped me use my body the right way for each style. As a senior dancer in high school preparing for college and audition season, In such short time she has made sure that I am using the correct musculature and ensures longevity in my dancing. We have so much fun together and I have learned so much. After every session I feel so strong and eager to come back and do more.

Before working with Aurore I was really struggling with my health. I couldn't find a doctor or other health resources that understood my symptoms, had solutions, or often even showed compassion. Aurore provided all three—she understands the difficulties of having an ailment that is not well understood, developes solutions, AND has empathy for me. She has proivded me with a detailed health plan that is tailored to me. It is focused on my diet, but couples that with physicall and self-care things to improve my overall health. This individualized, holistic approach addresses my personal needs, my lifestyle, and my symptoms. And she adjusts it as needed, as well as answering my questions as they arise.
