I recommend going in person over ordering. The staff is friendly and they’re good with orders, also a nice environment. Ordering online isn’t bad but they sometimes orders get messed up. I ordered a drink and a Mac and they brought a completely different meal. They won’t answer the phone so I can’t get my money back but today might be busy so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. So overall it’s great in person and also a good place to relax at and study while you’re eating. Just be careful when ordering online.

Avoid this station if you are ordering group order, they are very poor in labeling and packaging food - that we have to guess which at what type of sandwiches were in the bag. Called them twice hours before the pick up to ensure the labels but to no avail.nnMissing one or two items for group orders has been consistent!nnPoor service definitely!

The people that work here are the best! I come every morning and when I see Karen behind the counter I know it’ll be a great morning when I get my coffee! Lol. I also am very happy with how the girl who works the kitchen is always available to helps despite the many orders she is already working on. Keep up the great work guys!

Fair and solid warning: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They (quite literally) have gotten my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! It is absolutely unbelievable. I actually avoided ordering from them for almost a year but got desperate today cause I really needed some soup. Yet, they still managed to get that wrong too. So, they basically steal your money- cause you’re not getting what you paid for. And when you do that to the same customer over and over and over again it’s basically taking a good chunk of money from me! Why does a big corporation with plenty of money need to screw over the little people like me just because I order from you? Give us what we pay for!

Love coming here but I was passed off today. While my food is on top of the counter. They didn't even call my name after a long wait .nI decided to asked turn out to be my food sitting in there more 8minutes.nDon't get me wrong. I love this panera bread. I guess it depends whose on the floor..
