I did my taxes like 3 months ago now that tax season is over I get a call saying my taxes was not completed I've been trying to reach h&r block but of course no response ive been filling there for about 4 years without problems now this happened I have my paper work with how much I am suppose to get back but apparently they did not send it out so now I'm looking to be in trouble because of this.

At first I decided to file my taxes using TurboTax and I had several problems, I decided to let a professional look at my taxes and she corrected the errors and made my refund larger. She also explained every step in full detail and answered all of my questions.
