Planet Fitness

This Planet Fitness is brand new. The gym is extremely clean and the employees are very courteous and welcoming. Equipment is all new and the gym is a great size. There is ample parking and they are located right off of Route 17 South.

Paul and Harrison were so good to me when I went to get my membership started. I decided to get the Black card and every time I go to the gym, I feel so welcomed by them. They’re both young, but have great customer service and explained the package to me in a professional manner. I wish them both the best and Planet Fitness is very lucky to have them!

I love this planet fitness! I travel all the way from Secaucus to come get my work out in. I even cancelled my membership from LA Fitness because the customer service/ hygiene of that gym was poor. Everyone that works at this gym is friendly, kind and even remember you haha. The manager Dorian if I’m not mistaken is the best!! He truly knows what he’s doing and is funny. I’m a beginner at working out so I don’t feel uncomfortable here. You guys are the best and worth the drive!!!

Where do I begin...nI am in the medical field have been working during the pandemic and decided to start taking care of myself so I signed up for the black card plan. On my day off I walked in with my fiancé and started getting attitude by a couple employees in the front saying I can’t walk in because I’m not wearing a “cloth mask”. I was wearing a surgical level 3 mask that has MORE protection than any cloth masks. Apparently cloth masks absorb sweat so that’s why those are the masks that can be worn to the gym??? The funny part is the manager that tried to kick me out was wearing an Orange Theory mask.. that’s great loyalty to planet fitness. Anyway when I refused to leave they said they will call the police and sounded an alarm in the gym TOTALLY EMBARRASSING ME!! ALL THIS BECAUSE I WAS WEARING A SURGICAL LEVEL 3 MASK??!! Who knew you can get harassed by wearing MORE protection! I work less than 5 minutes away best believe I will be telling everyone NOT to go here!!!

5 stars.nI am waiting patiently for this location to open. Pandemic here! I feel so bad for the owners who put in so much effort and money to build out this gym. Not their fault they keep having to push back an opening date!!!!!nI am excited to have a perfect location to have joined ! Right off highway and plenty of parking!nNo. I am not a paid review-er.
