I decided to get a personal trainer to gain some weight, I didn’t think I needed to workout but I’m glad I did. I have been going to this gym for almost three months. My trainer Chris is so helpful and he makes you feel very welcome and the staff are so nice. They really care about your needs and your fitness goals. I would definitely recommend this place you will feel right at home. Make your fitness goals come true, START NOW! You won’t regret it. I promise !

I started training with Phillip about a month or so ago and never regretted it! He’s professional, punctual, and an amazing trainer. I definitely would recommend him to anyone whether you’re looking to get back in the swing of things or looking to train like an athlete.

I have never used a personal trainer and never thought I would. Thank God I gave it a chance!nnI couldn't walk 3 blocks to the CVS without stopping and giving my legs a rest. Walked there yesterday without a bit of painnUnbelievable!!nnChris, my trainer, is the best. There aren't enough superlatives in the language to tell you how I feel about him. He tailors his lessons to the individual. He can be very flexible.nnIf you want to get in shape, call PPM....Now!

Signing up for personal training at Personal Performance Management has been one of the best decisions I ever have made. I started personal training with Chris in December 2019, I had been saying for years that I wanted to start going to the gym and I finally decided to take the plunge. Since then I have hit all my target goals, lost weight, gained strength, etc. I made it down to my goal weight of 125 pounds, a weight I had not been since I was a child. Chris tailored the workouts to me and helped me revamp my diet to start eating healthier. This experience has definitely challenged me, motivated me to push myself more, and kept me accountable. I am so happy I took that plunge and decided to invest in myself and start personal training. Now I actually love working out, I feel healthier, stronger, and most importantly, I am more confident within myself. I highly recommend Chris and Personal Performance Management and I am extremely grateful to both for helping me reach my goals.

I started my personal training with Chris almost 2 months ago and I am happy with the results that I am achieving with him. Every time that I go to my session, he has a new workout routine for me. In the past I would get bored going to the gym because half of the time I didn’t know what workouts to do or I just didn’t feel motivated but coming here it’s different. Also it’s very clean and very organized which makes me feel comfortable especially during the pandemic. I would highly recommend this place if you are truly looking for results and the attention need it.
