Rams All Star Cheer

Home environment. As an alumni - bringing my children to cheer here says a lot. My kids look forward to going to practice and love how much they have learned in such a short period of time. The bonds they have built will last a lifetime. Cheering at Rams during my youth years were by far the best memories of my life. I hope that my children can say the same when they're in their adult years. I highly recommend this gym.

Head coach MERRI is very abusive. BLATANT favoritism

Straight rude and disrespectful. Very unprofessional . Favoritism, especially if one of the athletes parents were on the team back in the day

The owner MERRI MORRELL is very nasty, short, and curt. She is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. MERRI continuously reiterated that she was the owner and therefore could conduct business in whichever way she deemed fit despite whether it was ethical or businesslike. Customer service is a serious shortcoming for MERRI MORRELL and the major reason I withdrew my daughter from this program. I refuse to pay money to anyone who is condescending, inflexible, or solely in the customer service industry for money. She attempted to charge for a full month although my daughter attended for two weeks. I requested a refund and immediate withdrawal.
